Shyamala Kumar, MD

Board certified and Fellowship Trained Neurologist

Dr. Kumar has been serving the valley since 2001

Dr .Kumar earned her medical degree in India.She completed her Internship in Internal Medicine at Jersey Shore Medical Center, NJ.She then finished her Neurology Residency at Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, where she served as Chief Resident during her final year.She subsequently did her Fellowship in Neurophysiology with special emphasis in Epilepsy.

Dr .Kumar earned her medical degree in India. She completed her Internship in Internal Medicine at Jersey Shore Medical Center, NJ. Jennifer Heeter, FNP, joined the team in 2020 and brings with her a depth of education and experience. Our goal is to create a patient-centered experience that emphasizes education so that patients and their support team can truly take part in the treatment and management of their condition.
